Donald Trump is at it again; the meme that is super sad; and the creepiest photo on the Internet right now…

They closed down the streets of Auburn for their extravagant wedding just six months ago, but is the fairytale romance between Aysha – an ex beauty therapist from Dapto – and controversial Auburn deputy mayor Salim Mehajer over already?
The couple’s joint Instagram account has been filled with nostalgic posts reflecting on the couple’s big day, however, it’s alleged Aysha has packed her bags and is staying with family back in the Illawarra region. Meanwhile, reports say the major is fighting to keep his relationship with his wife, apparently constantly calling and messaging his estranged wife.
Time will tell. This morning Salim posted this to his public Facebook page:

Which makes us wonder whether the whole thing could be an elaborate April Fool’s joke?
#Memes
You can’t open your Facebook feed, scroll down your Twitter or even check your Instagram without seeing a meme, that’s how mainstream they’ve become. But rarely do we consider the effects that they can have on those they feature.
Earlier this week well-known Facebook page The LAD Bible posted this meme featuring Wentworth Miller…
Miller took to Facebook in the following post.

“Today I found myself the subject of an Internet meme. Not for the first time.
This one, however, stands out from the rest.
In 2010, semi-retired from acting, I was keeping a low-profile for a number of reasons.
First and foremost, I was suicidal,” the post reads.
“I’ve struggled with depression since childhood. It’s a battle that’s cost me time, opportunities, relationships, and a thousand sleepless nights.
In 2010, at the lowest point in my adult life, I was looking everywhere for relief/comfort/distraction. And I turned to food. It could have been anything. Drugs. Alcohol. Sex. But eating became the one thing I could look forward to. Count on to get me through. There were stretches when the highlight of my week was a favorite meal and a new episode of TOP CHEF. Sometimes that was enough. Had to be.
And I put on weight. Big f–king deal.”
The LAD Bible has since apologised to Miller. On Wednesday he posted a follow-up post saying how grateful he is for the support and kindness of all those on social media.

A timely reminder that just because you feel anonymous posting something to social media, it can have a powerful effect. So let’s look after each other, people!

Generally I like to post every day M-F. But after my last post I felt the need to take a beat. Reflect. Go for a walk….

@therealtrump
This week social media went crazy attacking US presidential candidate Donald Trump. In a 30-second video posted to @HilaryClinton twitter page, Trump is quoted saying “there has to be some form of punishment” for women who choose to have abortions.
We can’t let someone with this much contempt for women’s rights anywhere near the White House.https://t.co/OjU9gRwsxo

The Democratic frontrunner, Hilary Clinton, continued to speak out against Trump’s statement along with many others.
Just when you thought it couldn’t get worse. Horrific and telling. -H https://t.co/Qi8TutsOw9

Even by his impossibly low standards, @realDonaldTrump‘s suggestion that women be punished for seeking abortion is abhorrent.

Best way to prevent abortion?, Free accessible contraception. Guess how many prolife groups support that (it’s zero) https://t.co/Ik1sRAIfqN

The topic of abortion has always created controversy in America, with some vehemently opposed to it, while others argue a woman has the right to choose. Trump later claimed he was only suggesting those who perform abortions should be punished, not the women, who he saw as victims. His backtracking did not persuade the women he had offended.
Maya Angelou said: “When people show you who they are, believe them.” Trump can try to walk back his words, but we heard him loud and clear.

“When we’re like… we both have nothing to wear LOL @emrata”
This week Kim Kardashian West has stirred the internet once again recreating the controversial censored topless picture, but this time with well-known Victoria’s Secret model and Kim supporter, Emily Ratajkowski.
The Kardashian clan are used to critics on social media, but it was Emily, 24, who was firing back at the critics this week.
“However sexual our bodies may be, we need to have [sic] the freedom as women to choose who [sic] & how we express our sexuality,” Emily captioned the pic she shared on her twitter acount.
We are more than just our bodies, but that doesn’t mean we have to be shamed for them or our sexuality. #liberated
— Emily Ratajkowski (@emrata) March 30, 2016
Even if being sexualized by society’s gaze is demeaning, there must be a space where women can still be sexual when they choose to be.
— Emily Ratajkowski (@emrata) March 30, 2016
“Why demonize female sexuality if only to keep us in the dark about the power and beauty of our bodies?” @guerrillafem

Let’s finish off today’s recap with the creepiest selfie doing the rounds at the moment, which the internet STILL can not explain…
