William Tyrell’s parents make emotional plea for information
The Tyrell family have released a video asking for information on their missing son, William. NSW Police are investigating the possibility of a paedophile ring in the area close to where William went missing. William’s parents made an emotional call for any information to assist in the search for their three-year-old son, who went missing last September. “If somebody has him and if he’s alive… I want him to be safe, I want him to be feeling loved and I want someone to be looking after him,” his mother said. “Because to imagine that something else is going on… we can’t live a life like that.”
Man dies after being hit by car while lying in driveway
NSW Police are investigating the death of a man who was hit by a car in Bellevue Hill at 11:55pm Thursday night. It is believed the man was lying on a driveway when he was struck by residents pulling into an apartment block. It is believed the couple behind the wheel did not realise he was there until they felt a “bump”.
Man bound and gagged in Belmore Hotel robbery
Belmore Hotel was robbed as a member of staff was attempting to close on Thursday night. The staff member was reportedly gagged and his arms and legs bound as a man armed with “a bladed weapon” robbed the hotel. The armed robber was thought to be wearing a black balaclava, a white puffy jacket, and long dark pants.
Red Anzac coin to be released
To mark the ANZAC 100 year anniversary, a special edition “Poppy Red” $2 coin will be realised on Monday. Only 1,500,000 coins will be released nation-wide, making them extremely rare.
